This is what's left to do at 2023 School Street

First - are the photos of the big room.

Remove studs at the end of the large room.

Remove paneling and more studs behind the paneling.

Remove the post and all the remaining 2x4 around the top of the room

Remove debris on the floor

Remove all the 2x4 at top - all the way around both rooms

Total of 80-ft

Remove the rest of the tile

Remove the stud that is next to the foundation wall and 12-inches of the 2x4 at the top and bottom.

Remove debris inside the "enclosure"

Next are the photos of the small room

Remove a 12-inch section of the blue wall on the right - adjacent to the foundation wall -

Remove the studs and 2x4 at top and bottom of that 12" section

Remove the ceiling - including light fixtures.

The wood around the window will have to be removed before BAM does their work -

but if that causes the window to fall out - then we need to leave it and remove it right before BAM arrives

which will be in Jan or Feb

Another shot of the ceiling - the closet and boxed in duct work has to stay.

DO NOT remove the closet and boxed in duct work.

The door and frame needs to be removed.

If possible - we'd like to save it - and have it replaced.
